Spotted by a friend back in California. Now I’m super salty that the CA DMV denied me a motorcycle plate that said “T4KEOFF” and still allowed this shit:

It looks like the driver covered up some letters to make a standard plate a “custom” plate. The spacing is all wrong if it was actually a custom plate.
