As you may remember, I posted a few months ago concerning Neoplan, a rather odd German bus company with rather awesome coaches. Well, I found out yesterday on the interwebs that their relationship with Prevost in the 1980s-90s resulted in this magnificent thing:
The Prevost H5-60.

It looks as if a Jumbocruiser slept with a Megaliner and this was the result.
Jumbocruiser for reference.

And a contemporary (maybe a bit earlier) Megaliner, the bus known for its ridiculously tight turning circle (see !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! video of the monster navigating the Norwegian switchbacks with !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! comparison to a modern Neoplan...)

The only thing that I can find to nitpick about the H5-60 is the awkwardness of having only one axle behind the articulation. That and I think it’s a single decker.

So yeah, a bit disappointing that it’s a single decker, but besides that, you now know that this magnificent piece of transportation history exists and that if you should find one, it would make the ideal road-trip RV... (assuming you have a CDL though I’m not quite sure if it’s required for this type of conveyance...)
