That’s only $10 per horse compared to the Hellcat’s $85 per horse. You do save when you buy in bulk! Maintenance is going to dent the wallet a bit, as a modern Top Fuel teams spend about $5-10th per 1/4 mile run. Expect to spend at least $100,000 just to get to work and back.

Doug Demuro, this is your next car...

Turning radius is probably shit, and I bet you don’t even get 1 MPG even if you drive it like a granny. One seat, so all those hot chicks you’ll impress won’t be able to ride with you. You can’t even stop by the local Triple Bypass burger for a quick snack. Oh yeah, and Engine rebuilds ever 1/4 Mile? Holy shit. And people complain about Ferrari maintenance schedules...

Hey did I mention that Nitromethane is $67/Gal? Yeah, CP. A hellcat has about 10x less horsepower but will be 1000x more liveable.

Having to do a complete engine teardown every 5-10 miles would suck, too. Rear end rebuilding every 8-12? Screw it.
