New clutch flywheel and slave cylinder anything that is made of rubber in the engine bay new relays new electronics like engine computer and amp for the sound system also replaced a driveshaft and rear subframe, headlights because adjusters will fail, and new tires and brake pads, new thermostat and all new cam position sensors and fuel system including new pump and lines, also all new control arms with hd bushings and new bilstien coil overs and eibach away bars bc they are still cheaper than the stock supension, all fluids flushed...and you should have a a pretty good e39..... I should just got American muscle sedan like a charger srt same type of fast way less maintaince lol
