Okay, I’m going to give the guy in the Lincoln just a tiny break and assume that he had already started his turn when he saw the white car backing out of a sweet sweet parking spot. So he thought he could wait for it. Had I been the camera car, I simply would have gone around. It looks like there’s room. I don’t believe horns are meant to say “You fucking moron!” They’re meant to say, “Holy shit, look out!”
So my final analysis: Lincoln was kind of an idiot but could have been stuck in a spot; camera guy is kind of a jerk and too quick on the horn.
