Even sounds like a bird of prey.
In case you were wondering, its a system called “Convergent Exhaust Nozzle Control” driven by engine bleed air. The F-16 Fighting Falcon equipped with the same P&W power applies here too.

I think the location of the video was just right lol. Its usually hard to make out over the roar (especially during airshows in my experience)
