If we were shipping over a Matra Rancho as a terrible project, would it make sense to bag a Magirus Deutz at the same time? No, I don’t know how much they cost, but while we’re in Horrible Idea Theater...
There are also Beetle-nose ones:

haha if we could only afford the shipping on one of those. Maybe if we loaded it up with yayo

I’m thinking the difference between a 20ft for a Rancho and a 40ft Hi-Cube for a short wheelbase MD bus *and* Rancho might not be that insane. I wonder if it’s possible to dismantle a Rancho enough to stuff it in a bus. Probably.

I would have to do some serious looking out. What does a short wheelbase MD bus run for length?

Have you seen
this post
I made rather recently? It features a 1979 Magirus Deutz former fire truck... with a 1979 Land Rover Santana.
As a set, €3950
. An insane bargain. The inspection of the Magirus expired just this year (March 27th), so it was certainly road worthy until recently. The inspection of the LR expired in August 2013.

Dunno. I don’t think the Saturn 1 can be over maybe 25 feet at most. Remember, this one might be available, if it’s still abandoned in Austria where it was photographed:

oh shit. BRB going to buy bulk plexiglas. Ill put my spare Peugeot XD3T aside to power it. Unless you have a D24T around

I missed that one, indeed. A fun note on that Santana - it has both the pickup truck fuel tank location and the five-door/military fuel tank location, a doubling up that Land Rover themselves either never or hardly ever did. Santana being Santana, though, they appear to have run with both. If it were to have an auxiliary under-seat fitted to the other side, it would have *3* tanks.

I have to say, I think there’s an argument for powering it Echter Authentik Deutz, just because. Even with not having a D24T in my other pants.

Take the seats out and ship those separately, and then fill it with Messerschmitts.

well, that is a slightly more legal way to do it :D

We can put some “snow tires” on the ‘Schmitts if you’re really set on maximizing profits.

That is a pretty awesome emblem.

Well, yeah. I mean, is it even a question? Put the Rancho in the bus. There must be a way, because this has to happen.

Supposed to show the steeple of Ulm Cathedral. Sadly they now use only part of it.

At that angle it looks like they have turned the Eiffel Tower into a rocket....which would also be awesome.

Idea of the century! Also, will you bring over a Neoplan Jumbocruiser on the way so I can turn it into the world’s best RV?
Imagine that...kitchen downstairs, bedrooms upstairs, a garage in the rear portion (you’d have to move the engine of course for a ramp), and a lounge in the rear second story...perfect race rig! (And put this in it plz, just for transport:
Excuse me while I drool.
