There’s still a 0 in the middle so it’s time for a Peugeot.

“But” I hear smart alecs say “there was no 105. Peugeot replaced the 104 by a 205, having remembered that the 204 hadn’t been replaced and wanting to leave space for a smaller model.”

True, but there was a Type 105. Voila:

It had an 11.1 litre inline six producing just 60 bhp, quite a lot for 1908. Just 23 were made, mostly unique as they were coachbuilt.

I’d have sworn it was one of the Renault “Marne taxis” that took French soldiers to the front when the Germans were threatening Paris in WW1, but I guess it’s rather too fancy for that...

Indeed, with an 11.1 litre engine..

I’m undecided as to whether the modern and contemporary pictures show the same car. If so, it’s changed since.
