Hello friends. I seek advice searching for a good present for a teacher of mine who has been nothing short of amazing the past 18 months. I’m finishing grad school and I want to get her something unique, but functional. I don’t want to get her things like candy or chocolate. For the card, I am making her a crazy one based on inside jokes, ideas, and projects we’ve discussed and projects worked on. She’s not just my teacher, she has told me “I’m your mentor and friend and my students are also my kids.”

I want to get her something awesome. You folks always have good gift ideas... thanks for your suggestions!
