The aughties were my favorite time for rap. I feel like that’s where it hit its zenith. That’s where the big money influence of Biggie was really honed, and where the club banger really came to the forefront. with a few exceptions, new rap fuckin’ sucks. They rap about snapchat and loafers instead of big wheels and air ones.
