I too try to avoid international sellers on small electronic parts. I once ordered 5 mini usb to micro usb adapters. 2 months later a package arrived from Hong Kong, I owed the postman an extra $2, and the package contained 5 xbox controller charger cables! Recently though, everything I have ordered (which is a lot) has arrived sooner than expected and the items have been as described.

I buy thing from china regularly to the US and to Ecuador addresses, they’re really cheap, only problem is sometimes it takes a while to reach destination. I have a expresscard usb3.0 adapter, bluetooth receiver, xbox controller adapter for pc, display port to hdmi adapter and an odb2 bluetoot dongle bougth in china, all for less than $10. Usually I look for china sellers on ebay, I’m looking alibaba for some car parts, but most things they sell by lots, not just one unit.

I have the same experience, my orders from china are getting home faster lately, I buy a lot of really cheap electronic stuff from china.
