Wow. That surprises the crap out of me. I guess it shouldn’t since it looks like big money won out. I used to love watching the idiots park below the high tide mark and then panic when the water started to get close.

It says that there are 16 miles of beach driving, and they are cutting 1/4 mile. Not 1/4 of the stretch. 1/4 mile, or 1/64 of what exists. I’m finding it hard to get worked up.
