Here we find (thanks to KnowsAboutCars) a Volvo B 705 buss (yes, buss. Sweden.)

Now, how do we know it was built before 1967?

Yes but this is from a boutique manufacturer that as far as I know, never sold outside the US. It’s like seeing a London cab in Beijing.
