This might be the only BMW I could ever afford. I have no idea what model it is, other than the fact that it looks cool.

Tsk, Tsk. You have much to learn in the ways of Master Tavarish, young padawan.

Let me rephrase that: this is the only BMW I could afford to buy and maintain with my nonexistent money.

BMW R Nine T. Last air/oil cooled boxer. Nice bike. Trying to get me dad to trade in his F800R for one.

also, BMW’s bikes range from 10K for the F800R to 45K for the S1000RR HP4. So basicly your paying for a civic and getting SEXY ON WHEELS

noope. I dont think I would recommend anything BMW as a first....maybe and old F650 or G650. but thats about it.

(for the record, this is a 120 HP 1.2L boxxer)

What? That’s the perfect amount of HP for a first bike. I’m sure it’s as tame as the kittens we had in my backyard when I was a kid.

:) Consider it payback for that private road with no speed limits comment a while back. :)

The little kittens we had in the backyard were holy terrors that were spawned from the pits of hell. When you picked one up it looked more like the Tasmanian Devil from Looney Toons.

Dad’s got an R1200RT, such a nice bike, runs smooth, I imagine this is a bit higher end.
