TEX-MEX is the main word.....sub-word...abbreviation......uh.. TERM. =D

My dad’s Mexican and my mom’s Tex-Mex, so I know the difference. But for the record, burritos, nachos, and flour-tortilla tacos, and hard-shell “tacos” with ground beef are Tex-Mex, not Mexican. (BUT, they’re delicious, we can all agree on that)
