A friend of mine has been collecting the signatures of Australian driving greats on a helmet for the last 10 years. He is auctioning it to raise money for juvenile diabetes research (a condition his daughter suffer from). This is also the helmet he wore when he dove a single seater racecar across Australia again to raise money for JDRF.

His daughter is doing well now and is actually racing herself. She is competing in her second season and has travelled to compete at the Formula Vee nationals.
