I thought I remember hearing about this a little while back. There was some argument as to whether it was actually a battery or a capacitor that they had created. There were also concerns about energy density /weight.

Oh, I totally agree. I do wonder about self-discharge rates with capacitors, though.

Going with a more scientific centric source states that’s its pretty stacked in charge/recharge rate, but not as good in overall capacity. Which is what it was designed to do
