I park in this spot at work every weekend. A nice fellow who lives in the neighborhood behind those trees, walks past every weekend and decided to stop in to ask who’s car it was.
Said that it was the cleanest 944 he’d seen, and the 944 was the bestest looking Porsche; which honestly surprised me.
‘Twas kind of him to stop in and have a chat; brightened my day up some more! I'm surprised it gets noticed as much as it does, even though it's not a 911 or something. And it goes to show random people can appreciate cars too. :)

Cars don’t have to cost 50+K to stand out man. As Rapheal says “don’t let anyone tell you you can’t have fun even in the most ordinary of vehicles”

As I’ve come to realize now. It’s the best feeling when that happens though. Although, I wouldn’t call it one of the most “ordinary” vehicles. :P

one day I was in a parking lot walking back to my car, when I noticed two guys a bit older than me standing next it, looking it over. I usually don't get much love for the GLI, so I was a bit cautious as I walked up. When they saw me they turned to me, smiled and said they loved my GLI
I was slightly taken aback, as I wasn't expecting it. Then I see a Mk4 VR6 jetta and an Mk4 1.8 GTI next to my car! The guys really like the GLI, and we had a nice talk about the cars
Gotta love running in to people who know and respect rides

Oh absolutely it’s not ordinary. It’s awesome, and that’s awesome that the guy liked your car!!
