1. A squealing baby. Anywhere at any time. This is the reason that I don’t like eating at restaurants. There’s always a “Token Baby,” as I call them. Luckily I’ve never been on a plane with one but I can imagine that it’s far worse.

I HATE *LOUD* BABIES!

2. Sitting at the end of the road, wanting to turn right. The cars are spaced just so, that they’re too close to pull out safely, but far enough to take a long time. What’s worse is if you’re turning left, and the cars from one direction finally cease, then you look the other way, and there’s a whole ‘nother convoy coming.

3. My car has been confused for a Mustang three times already. Ironically, I chose it because I wanted a unique muscle car, i.e. one that is not a Mustang. At least no one confuses it for anything more peasantine.

4. The sound of someone whistling or blowing their nose.

5. That specific distance, that you don’t know whether to hold the door open for someone or not.

People who smack their food and make loud chewing noises has to be worse than those.. That may just be me though. Fills me with immediate, blood boiling rage. I would trade my pet peeve for any other.

They look nothing alike. Have people seriously said it is a Mustang? If so are they blind?

Well to be fair, two asked if it’s a Mustang, but the other just said so. But even when I was a non-Jalop, they still looked reasonable different to me.

I’d say they’re extremely different personally, even from a non-Jalop perspective they are each fairly distinct from each other. . One is a big slab with a long trunk, the other is more swept back and small trunk.

One o my biggest is when I’m in the W123 Diesel and people seem to think I can dart out into tiny gaps while turning, so they honk at me. I usually just honk back, and because the W123 horn is rediculous, I win.

Exactly! I don’t think it’s normal, and I found something once that was basically confirming that a small percentage of people have certain auditory triggers that provoke real changes in their nervous system and body.. elevated heart rate, feeling uncontrollably angry and irritated over certain sounds. I’m one of those people, mouth noises are my trigger.

People hitting calculator buttons too hard during a math test and it’s like the only thing you concentrate on and it brings you near levels of uncontrollable rage. That and people just being bitchy because they think they’ll get their way that way.

OH, and those bastards that chew like they’re a fucking woodchipper making so much fucking noise. OMFG CLOSE YOUR MOUTH WHEN YOU CHEW YOU ASS.
