Yes, there’s a Peugeot called after today. No, it’s not very interesting although it was sensible and practical in a Peugeot kind of way.
So can we do better? Yes, actually. If you’re an American you’re saying to yourself “but I’m a special kind of little snowflake and I look upon today as 5/3. Have you a Peugeot for me?”
No, they didn’t do one...but BMW did. Designed by the famous Albrecht von Goertz, only 413 were made from 1956 to 1959.
Have a BMW 503. Indeed, have two, open and closed.

Well, Peugeot did make something interesting out of the 305. The Group B just was banned before it got past prototype phase.
