This was last summer. Perfectly good car at 68k miles - was in the family for 17 years. I was stupid :(

I grew bored of it. I wanted something sportier and more fun to drive. At least I got $4200 for it. I just miss the driving feel of that car though. Can’t beat the pre-2000s.

Understandable. I got bored with a perfectly serviceable vehicle as well and sold it. Although it wasn’t the best civic gen with low miles like that. But what do I know. My taste in cars is suspect to many.

I'm a bit of a sentimental fool, but I couldn't watch. Granted my wife was bored and wanted to leave, as the buyer didn't even start the car while we were still in the lot. I also didn't want to make the buyer think I was a creepster. Also, kinja hasn't let me post pictures in replies for a few weeks now.

Funnily enough, right after I sold it, my wife decided to fill my new (to us) Mazda with trees and plants, something the Volvo wagon would have been perfect for.

Right before we sold this one to Carmax...

Then this one sold within 12hrs of listing it. The buyer pissed me off (made me sit through the removal of tint then inspection on the car then to the bank - it took 12hrs) so I didn’t get a shot as it left.
