Will a bench from an 87 fit in my 95 Tacoma? My buckets are limiting my ability to drive it to school because I can’t fit my two siblings in it. How hard would it be to make some brakets and would it be worth it?

If you can help it, try to find a Taco bench. I believe yours is (albeit slightly) wider than an ‘87 enough to hold out for a correct bench. Try the yard and just look for a base 2WD 96 to 03.
