Dubuque police say an officer saw the 1999 GMC street sweeper truck swerving as it was moving south on Grandview Avenue at around 2:10 a.m.

Lt. Scott Baxter says the teen failed to stop for the officer, reaching speeds of up to 47 m.p.h. before losing control of the truck and crashing on South Grandview near Perry Street. Baxter says the truck crashed into a pole, a tree and a parked car. Both the car and the street sweeper were totaled.

Hahah the only thing slower is a forklift or riding mower lol. I see those things on the highway sometimes, even if you’re only going 70, you blow past like they are standing still.
