1st, to the previous owner: the rear brakes had so much air in the lines, no wonder the pedal was feeling a little squishy, thank god I didn’t take it to the track and really push it.
2nd, a big screw off to taking caliper mounting bolts off for the first time since the factory put them on. Front wheels: A joy thanks to a breaker bar. Rear wheels: %T#**@!@#%$~!!!! no space for a breaker.

Was there loctite on the bolts?

It’s not technically loctite but GM does use a loctite like substance on them, yes.
