The 3000GT is my 90’s Japanese weakness. I am not a huge Japanese import car guy but the 3000GT has to be one of the coolest cars ever made in the 1990’s. I would totally love to own one and I am sure one day they will be worth big bucks.

What do you guys/gals think of this one? NPoCP?

My best friend in hs had one of these in the green color. Always liked the car but it wasn’t in the best of shape and he didn’t do a great job of fixing what needed to be fixed. His had 180k miles I think and burnt oil pretty bad. That car is not worth what he is asking. You can’t just raise the entire value of a car because you put overly expensie wheels on it. Also I’d hardly classify that as just a little wear on the driver’s seat. Keep looking.

I’d say CP, but just barely... He’s asking too much for the condition, IMO. $5000 including the wheels sounds more reasonable.

Got a buddy who had one of those, and I loved it as well. However, he hated the damn thing. Waaaay to heavy, waaaay too slow. CP for me on this one.

Mitsubishi doesn’t bother me and I like the 2k wheels but it doesn’t add 2k value in my mind

CP. Interior looks rough, the wheels aren’t that special, and I’d be really concerned that he is changing the oil every 2k. Plus you really want a turbo 3000gt.

Not looking just bored. I do think the seat would need replaced and since it is a tuner car maybe a nice set of recaro seats.

It’s one of the nicer 3000GTs I’ve seen. But the dude is out of his damn mind. The car is the base model (only the base cars had the SOHC 3.0), and isn’t in that great of condition on top of it. I’d pay MAYBE $3500 for it, with those fancy-shmancy wheels included.
