This plainly isn’t a Bugatti Super Sport, yet the ad. says it is. Does the U.S. not have Trading Standards that makes it law that the product being sold has to be described as accurately as possible so as not to defraud, dupe or mislead the customer?

This would likely be considered fraud, or false advertising... so yes, what they’re doing is illegal. Whoever it is has to be a complete idiot if he thinks anyone is going to fall for it, and believe that ugly ass p.o.s. is actually a Bugatti Veyron.
Personally, I wish I were rich, so I could buy it, and a Monster Truck, and then crush it to smithereens with the Monster Truck... That thing is an abomination... The video would probably be youtube gold, lol...
