It’s a grated potato pancake, just grate it and put it in a frying pan until both sides are cooked. Fry some eggs and bacon. Maybe some sausages.

I’m making that next Saturday. Morning. In the Midwest we call potato like that hash browns.

We also have something similar with hash brown , then beef patties, fried eggs, chili, cheese, & diced onions if you like that. Called a slinger.
