Yep, that’s the new Spark , alright. Lack of normal door handles on the rear doors gives it away.

I was too lazy to get out of my car, but yeah, definitely a Chevy. When I drove by the front I could see the blank outline of the bowtie, in addition to it being on the steering wheel.
