This is absurd. Don’t they have to replace the car or offer to fix it? I mean he settled for a 39K check but common.

Oh dag

However he did accept the settlement so he really has little room to complain

Doesn’t say how long ago he paid 37K for the car, and mods can either be swapped over or they certainly arent worth 8 grand after use. As far as the 2500 in service to the same dealer, who cares. What does he want a refund for the work that was done to the car in the past?

Also the author can suck on my nuts for this comment “Door ding our car, and it just might start a fight. Run into our Mustang, and there will be a fight.”

ALSO that car looks like it needs a new fender. I dont see what constitutes totalling it

One picture of a dented fender does not a totaled Mustang make.

We wrecked a DB9 bad one time going too quick around a U turn underpass. We paid for the repair. If we were to claim it on insurance, then yes it would of been totaled. What you need to know is that you all just have to read the fine print before you sign the car over to us for repair. I will literally let us do this sort of thing legally

Yup. $8000 in mods doesn’t add nearly $8000 to the car’s value.
