Just rode by South Tacoma Way when I saw two P71s with lights on. Took a peek into the shelter to see a mangled up SUV on the tracks. They had to take down bits of a high-rise fence to get to it.
Most of the people who have to take the train had to be diverted to a 594 Express bus route.

It’s more than that, I think.
My theory is that people these days have been conditioned to believe they are “special snowflakes” and the rules somehow don’t apply to them.
