Now photos of the concept have been released, and if you click through to the Yahoo article there are plenty of pictures. It definitely has the exotic GT look down, though it is obviously not production ready. I will say that the side mirrors are about the prettiest mirrors that I've ever seen.

Built by Finnish designer Pasi Pennanen, the Toroidion 1MW Concept attempts to answer the question of what an all-electric GT might look like. With a reported 1,341 hp — a.k.a. 1 megawatt — the Toroidion should be plently quick; what makes it unique is the supposed system that would make the batteries hot-swappable during racing.

Two prettiest pictures of the bunch IMO.
I thought about writing an update on this yesterday but decided to wait until they've finished the patenting process so they can release some more detailed information about the powertrain.

Maybe, they are secretive about the engine but what little they have given away about it sounds interesting. And they got money from Tekes, they must’ve shown something credible to them.
