GTAV is just a better game in every way, mod or no mods.

Thing is GTA V runs like a charm on PC, apparently.
Seems like this time they did optimize it properly.
I don't have any time to properly enjoy it nowadays, but I will, eventually.

The only option for exporting is WEB, which is 480 x 272!
One of the joys of having a crappy-for-gaming PC...(Intel HD 4400 with Core i3-4150)

Yeah, I've seen videos of it running almost smoothly with Intel HD Graphics (mine is 4400 with Core i3-4150)!

It apparently will run OK in reaaally low specs (for a game that big and complicated). Like Core 2 Quad processors, old 9800 Nvidia GPUs and "just" 4 GB of RAM, which would be a 8+ year old machine.
Crazy compared to GTA IV, that would still stutter in a Pentagon's supercomputer.
The guy in the video says that you would have to trick the game into running with integrated graphics but that it's doable.
