Know your resume. Be able to explain every single (small) thing on it.
And bring a few for the interviewers just in case they didn't print it.

Blast pump-up music. Look in the mirror and say good shit about yourself. That's usually how I do it.

As long as you don't act like how the owner of that Lincoln acts, you'll be fine.

Have an extended conversation with someone before the interview. That way you go in loose. Most people's speech is stilted when they try to speak more cordially than normal in an interview. It's better to sound natural and speak colloquially I think.

Standard stuff can arise in an interview. I don't know what job this is but there's always the usual questions of what qualities make you a good leader? or Where do you see yourself in five years? Depending on the type of job environment, there can be the 'Tell us about a time when...' questions. Every question that involves you telling about your past experiences, end them quickly and on a positive note.
"My boss challenged me in the work place with Kung Fu, and I avoided it by agreeing to stop hitting on his wife, so now were best friends and laugh about it a bunch over beers."
Not that silly, but you get the drift I hope. think about past disagreements at your previous jobs no matter how silly or part time they may have been because they want to see that you learned from them on how to get along and get ahead and perhaps be a good leader or manager.
Or, you could just practice Karate for twenty minutes to awesome 80's music and then go kick everyone's ass.

If you get caught off guard by a question don't be afraid to improvise, as long as it is genuine.

Perhaps a bit late, but it always helps me to remember that an interview is just a conversation about the thing you know more about than anybody else: yourself. Just act as naturally as you can and speak honestly, and if you're a fit for the company that will shine through. The other advice about knowing every thing on your resume is good as well.

You should probably show up wearing pants.

be ready to interview them aswell, we always like it when the applicant is interested in us. Take notes, be informed about what the job/company do.
