I spent today driving around in a Bristol Fighter ( !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , in fact). It's... not what you expect. Take a Viper engine, throw it in a handbuilt British body and you end up with a rather wonderful motor car.
The vid'll be out soon, but I thought I'd share a pic from yesterday - we had two of them together.

Never heard of this car. Looks great.

What the deuce is Bristol up to nowadays? The fighter is a bit long in the tooth.

It's very bizarre.

I could tell you, but I'd have to kill you.

Reminds me a bit of a TVR in the looks department... Very interesting. Looking forward to the video!

Could you tell all of us and, you know, let Leon fall on the sword?

Reminds me of Hyundai Tiburon, and not in a good way.

Not much, I believe. Frazer-Nash bought them out of bankruptcy and is selling parts and doing repairs and resale of old cars. I think the plan is to go back into production at some point, but they're still working on it.

How many did they make?

It depends who you ask. It could be 14, 11 or 9. They can only find 9 of them, so that's the theory...

Wow, so getting two of them together is quite a big deal!

Yeah! The chap who owns the blue one called to say he knew of another one about an hour away from our proposed location, so we moved the statics. Better two than one and all that, right?

For sure!

Alex, if you're ever in need of some design work for the show (or for branded merchandise, etc.), I'd love to do some work with you sometime. Here are a few examples of my work: http://davidlange.co/
