Seems like a pretty good deal.

Definitely a good deal, but conditional on repair skill Some points are a mess. For some reason this particular line of Plymouth never appealed to me visually, but as long as somebody isn't bothered by building a new frame, that could be the shizz.

The more I think about the more confused I am why these guys haven't gotten it started.

Realistically that thing is a parts car at best. The frame is dangerously rotted out, the inner rocker is braced with perforated angle iron, there are dents and/or rust on most panels, there is hacked wiring under the hood, and the drivetrain is going to need every seal & rubber piece replaced *at best*.

I actually shot that guy a low-ball offer on the front clip a week ago to use as yard art, haven't heard back.

I've seen worse brought back. If you're going to make a street rod it shouldn't be a huge deal to replace the frame and floors.

Oh it's salvageable if someone wants to badly enough, but there is very little there that makes it worth the effort.
