Yeah, from what I've heard, Tinder is a not something you use if you actually want a relationship. But, I am the anti-Tinder. LOL Hinge is complicated though because don't enough of your friends have to be on there, too? I dunno, I read something about it a while back.

Even though it pains me to say this, girls (especially on tinder) don't give even half of a shit about your beautiful Jalop-wagon. Its a sad sad world. However, they do sometimes enjoy pictures of you working on your car (some sort of manliness credits) as long as you're smiling as trappster said. Most of these girls want to see pictures of you having fun. Confidence is the key.

I was going more for the "BMW= rich guy" angle. Also, the picture is my Jalop-wagon going full tilt around a curve. To be honest, not having a lifted truck strikes me out for a lot of the girls. And I personally know like, 45% of the ones I've seen so far.

A new BMW might get you that rich guy feel but even a plebeian can tell an 80's Bimmer from a new one.However, if full tilt means sideways, then that could produce some results. And I totally feel you in the lack of a big truck department. But to be honest if a girl is looking specifically for a guy with a big truck then I'm probably not interested in them anyways and I just swipe that shit left (even if she's a 10).

yeah Tinder has become a wasteland. At least for guys. Girls don't have to worry about fake guy accounts. No girls will be enticed to pay for a video chat with some dude online, lol
Hinge gives a fair amount of potential matches. It's crazy how many people on FB are friends of friends. It's like the 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon.

I'm gonna join in the chorus of unsolicited advice and say get a more fun looking picture and the car pic doesn't give you any cred. Even us ladies who like cars aren't necessarily a big fan of guys showing off their cars as a means of attracting us because no one likes being thought of as shallow or a gold digger. That being said, if it's a Tail of the Dragon action shot , that would be cooler because obvious, and could help spark a conversation. I had a photo of myself cornering on the Yamaha for a track day and that worked well.
Let me know if you want any advice on the actual profile, I've done a few for my friends and I'm pretty good at writing them if I do say so myself.

Yeah, it's way easier for us. BUT, it's still annoying. I hate everyone. Seriously, my one friend I told you about can spend hours on that dating site, and nothing comes of any of it. I don't have that kind of time, nor the desire to meet people that way. She says the same thing you do though, busy people like us don't have a lot of time to go out and meet people, so it's an alternative. I'm not even thinking about dating right now, though. Shit hit the fan this week, and everything got crazier and more complicated than normal for me. I'm working right now. Forever work. :/
