1.5-2 lbs salad with 10+ species of plant is lunch for me, and that's not even with the fat laden dressing, just slight oil/vinegar or citrus. I'm a weirdo (in the right mood. Otherwise deep fried or burgers, when also in the mood.)

You could either diet or try to burn an extra 5000 calories per week through exercise. Let's see...that's only like 450 miles of running. Get right on it.
