14 to 16 year olds? I'd punish them by making them work to cover damage done and ban those involved from ever getting a driver's license.
Anyone who thinks it's a bright idea to break into an auto body yard and have a demolition derby with other people's cars should not be allowed to drive.

I dont have a tent. Mine blew apart. It was obviously a piece of crap.

Meh, not an obstacle. If weather's nice the ground works. If not, goodwill/salvation army/thrift stores will have decent tents for less than 50 bucks (often less than 10 bucks). Just grab some heavy duty nylon string, an extra tarp you can cut up, and spray glue/sealant just in case it needs a little patching.
Or, if weight isn't a big deal, army surplus stores will have cheap, old style canvas tents. While they last forever, be aware that they weigh as much as the moon and are a pain to set up solo.

good tips. a tent for me is a must I am one of those people who cant fall asleep without something covering me and its the same for being outdoors that tiny thin weak fabric does wonders for providing me the illusion I am safe.
