Kinja'd!!!

My job is bad for my mental health. All day long I'm forced to read and write about performance car parts, but they don't pay me enough to buy any for myself.

Am I part of some grand social experiment?

BALLS. AM I IN SOME LAME VERSION OF THE GAME ?

IS OPPO EVEN REAL? ARE YOU ALL ACTORS? AND IF SO DO THEY NEED PEOPLE? AND IF THEY DO, DO YOU MAKE ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY CAR PARTS?

...See what I mean about mental health?

I repair industrial printing equipment, develop automated graphics production channels based on web-standards, and laser-engrave embarrassing tchotchkies. I make enough to afford a FieSTa, but not enough to modify it extensively and still pay rent or eat...

You'll find that almost any job will preclude you from buying the items you work with. I worked 60+ hours a week at a bike shop for 3 years and there was still bikes that the amount I earned couldn't pay for.
