Who know what happened earlier that prompted the truck passenger to record the Hyundai once they caught up to it, but I can tell you this...

I'm tempted to say the guy in the truck should have been the bigger person and just let it go. No need to escalate the situation by ramming someone in a smaller vehicle, possibly causing an accident or injuries.

I agree, he could have avoided it.

If he would have just hit him the first time, he might have been able to convince someone it wasn't his fault.

Since he lifted the first time and throttled into him the second time, this video just about eliminates any chance of him having no fault* in the accident.

Then again, without the video, it would be 100% his fault, so maybe sharing the video with police would remove some of it? Who the hell knows.

*Probably not the case in Russia.
