Went off roading with a couple people from work today. Pulled both of them out when they got stuck. Best part of all was that they're both Toyotas! HA!
But I digress, either during the off roading or on the drive home, my driver's side shock absorber broke off the mounting point. Now both of them are broken off. FUUUUUU-

So it looks like the Toyota's sent their revenge...

Nah, there revenge was making a knot in my tow strap.
This is my Jeep telling me she wants her lift kit and she wants it now.

Your Jeep is now slightly putting a dent in the times I've had to rescue my friends broken YJ.

Funny my friend's YJ is actually the only Jeep running now. My friend's CJ7 lost a driveshaft and my XJ's shocks are gone. Granted that YJ has New Jersey rust everywhere and needs all new engine gaskets.
I actually made three recoveries today. One Taco was two wheel drive and got high centered on a log bridge and the second time he got stuck in sand. The other Taco dug in the sand trying to rescue the first one.

My friends YJ was a dog. The inside of the transmission even somehow rust seized. How does that even happen?

I don't even want to take a guess how.

The lesson learned here is that when Toyotas need a tow, it's because they're stuck, and when Jeeps need a tow, it's because they're broken.
