how can a TV person who has been around good cameras and probably edited some himself only upload a video at 360p, which is worse than most phones would do. An iPhone 4 from 5 years ago records at 720p, seems kind of odd to me.

I love watching all his shows. Something struck me as very sad watching these though. I love cooking shows and watching him cook but still something sad. Maybe his broken stove or his simple pots and pans.
