So I attended the 2015 DFW Auto Show on the last day it was open. I was lucky enough to be able to attend. As any OPPO with young kids and a wife that works retail can probably attest to; It's hard to go to events on the weekend without having some awesome friends, or in my case In-Laws. There is a reason why I call my "Father in Law" "DAD in law", but I digress.

My kids came along for the ride, and with that knowledge comes another fun fact that many a parent knows. The timer. For my almost 2 year old son that's about 45 minutes to an hour. I knew time amongst the cars was going to be limited, and as such, the video I made to highlight my visit was going to be short.

I was bummed I did not get to see the new focus RS, or GT40. But ford at least had the GT350 out. And boy, does it look sweet. I am not too enthusiastic about the 2015 and up mustangs, but that GT350 I would buy in a heartbeat if I could. An epic engine can turn even the ugliest car into a swan.

I did not get to see a big portion of the show. I missed a lot. Maybe next time I'll try to get a press pass (I'll probably fail, but still...) and hope to trick the in-laws it's a special Cars & Coffee event. Because for some awesome reason, I always get to waste my time there every month. Now that I think of it... That's tomorrow... It's a good time to be a car enthusiast!

The best car of show? Well, the cover car naturally... And that HellCat Charger a good second. The appeal for a fast 4 door will never leave my DNA now that I am a family man.

Cool video! I hate that I missed it this year. My daughter is just now getting old enough to enjoy this kind of stuff.

Thanks man! And yeah, my son had a blast, but just doesn't last as long. We did get some nice pictures of him behind the wheel of the hellcat with granddad!

Wait wait wait, an S7 was tucked away? And I missed it? Is this some late April fools because I have been dying to see one and if I missed the opportunity to see one I am going to be mad at myself.

Good video, it was a great show!
