I know almost nothing about computers so I really haven't a clue if it is good or not.

Some say it's not relevant but I've been happily using for some years now.

I gave it a spin recently on my iPhone because the Gawker editor is such a mess in mobile Safari. The selling point of Opera is that it compresses most webpages at their server level, so pages load faster. I didn't notice an appreciable difference, and I didn't care for the UI. Thing is, the Internet is just pages to be viewed, and most every browser out there will do that in a similar way. Unless something just doesn't work, it's down to personal preference.

I prefer Shooting Brakes for Safari.
