Do you have a larger version of this photo?

Alfa 75 for June, for those wondering.

No, the one with the Countach.

I don't think that was in the picture?

Look at the models hand.
See the hose she's holding on to? it's a phallic symbol, but if you follow that to the right it'll lead into the fuel filler of the Alfa.

Wait.... Indy Car tires used to have tread!?!

Well you ought to be more specific, I would also like to point out that you may be able to operate Google image search just as well as I can. I am not a wizard, I do not produce these images by conjuring them from a mysterious ethereal void, unless that is how you choose to view the internet.

I wouldn't think so, maybe just for the shoot, they might have intended to drive the car somewhere before it was cancelled.

As you can see from this photo, I was about as specific as I could be.
In addition, I'm sorry that you seem to be irritable. From now on, I'll know to look up things on GIS myself.

Looks a bit like a rain tire.

Thats true, I don't know exactly what that tread was like. I would have expected some tread that flows outward like this March Cosworth.

Where do you see an Indy Car? I only see a Ligier JS25 Formula One car?

Holy crap youre right! I was obviously too tired to use my brain when I made that comment. The tread pattern is still curious though

Or too distracted by other features on Helmut's picture, it happens. Epic photographer with an epic museum in Berlin, you should visit it if you're ever in Berlin.
The tread isn't curious, it's just an 80's rain-tire. Just look at Ayrton Senna's 1984 Toleman a year prior to the Pirelli-pictures above:
I'm getting old...
