I did a timed 0-60 run on the highway in in my truck tonight. I did not have the shell on and the bed was empty. I did 0-60 in 4th at 3000 rpm in 8 seconds. Not bad for a 21 year old Ranger. Anyway, lets hope I actually sleep tonight, unlike !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

I used the stopwatch on my swatch to time it and havent reset it yet. This watch has a second dial and what you would normally think of as the second hand is actually the stopwatch hand.

That seems pretty darned good actually, even if it wasn't 21 years old. It sounds like you really bought well!

And! Can I also just say how much I wish we could still buy a new Ranger? I don't need a full-size pickup, but something like that could really work for me.

Ya, shes a beast. If you tap the throttle, she'll jerk forward in every gear... even 5th. I'm tempted to call her a muscle truck.

Eventually I will. I'm tempted to ask my parents for a flowmaster catback for our birthday. Yes I said Our, my truck and I share a birthday according to the date of manufacture on the door sticker. I was born 8/4/93 and my truck was manufactured in 8 of 93

I had a flowmaster 40 series on my 98 Toyota Tacoma V6 and it sounded saaaaaavage. Do it.

Yeah. :-(
I like the size of older "mini" trucks, compared to what we can get now. In comparison, the current Tacoma / Frontier / etc. seem huge!
