I was a stupid teen and didn't have the funds needed to fix problems the right way. The biggest problem was when it blew out the exhaust manifold gasket. I didn't even know what a torqe wrench was back then so when I replaced the gasket I stripped the threads. After that I could never get it tight so it would always blow out the gaskets. So without escaping exhaust it sounded like a truck and wouldn't spool up the turbo enough to do anything.

But when it worked it was a blast. The digital tach was awesome. I loved that it talked. Each cyl had 2 spark plugs so I told people it was a V8. The turbo lag was so bad but it felt great when it kicked in. Short little shifter felt good. Was so much fun to throw around on dirt.

Thanks man. I think I'm going to cry now. Oh the feels.

I ended up selling it and buying my moms 92 mitsu mirage from her. How depressing.

That's really depressing. Hopefully your S12 went to a good owner. My mom doesn't know what happened to hers after it was sold.
