They all look like they're fairly petit people. I'm curious, how much does weight/height actually affect the performance in a car this powerful? I remember when racing 5-600hp SCed LS engined car, being over 200lbs and 6ft 3 only affected things when it came to the limit.

The cars only 2000 lbs or so, so 50 lbs of human weight probably would be noticeable. Also the cars are tiny and I couldn't imagine how a 6'3" dude would fit (or even get through door)! That is Mark Webber on the left and he is only 165 lbs or so, but weight was a problem in F1.

All the cars weight the same I thought in F1, they are adjusted per driver

Yeah, but the designers would rather spend the extra weight elsewhere:

"In the recent past F1 cars had routinely been well below the minimum weight limit, and ballast (to get it up to that mark) could be moved around to aid the car's handling and to reduce its centre of gravity. Designers still wish to enjoy that benefit, but now they don't have the same 'free weight' to play with, so anything the driver can contribute is strongly encouraged."

Gran Turismo 6 has a moon event. Gran Turismo 6 is also very heavily supported by Nissan and has everything new and Nissan in it.
Do you work for Polyhpony? Are we going to have a "Race GTR-LM on the Moon" DLC?
