Oh gosh dang it. Now I feel like an idiot for posting it. I'm usually the one pointing out fake shit too, looking things up on snopes, etc...

Honestly, I was actually shitting bricks and going "Aw, fuck." But since Kinja was being a butt again...

Yup. I posted in your thread. George Zimmerman is not running for president in 2016, nor is Southwest streaming porn on flights.

There's a new trend of "satire" news sites which use Poe's Law to get people to repost things as if they were true...The Daily Currant used to be the prime example until people started remembering the name. Frankly, it's a pretty cynical ploy for clicks, but plenty of people get caught by them. I almost reposted a story of a Spanish skyscraper built without elevators...

Would it surprise anyone? I mean, they consider inbred jugaloos to be a gang, too.

The National Report are jsut the worst trolls on the planet. They claim to be satire, but they're not. In order for it to be satire, it would have to be funny. They're just clickbait trying to justify their stupid stories as being something other than that.

Yeah, I've seen them before. This Washington Post one got me though, looked more real than most, and for all I know, that is a real newspaper.

Yeah, the other problem is the unpaid interns at real newspapers repost this crap too...

Please read the report just obtained by The Intercept. It shows a convergence of cultures - biker gangs, military contractors (most of whom are former active duty personnel), and law enforcement. Bottom line, if you are a law-abiding biker, and not a member of an organization that involves carrying firearms, you are not being watched. Not for gang activity, anyway. The NSA and DEA are still watching you for illegal drug activity. But that applies to every living resident in the USA.
