Fun? you bet! CRAZY expensive. yup. My wife and I were in the mall last week and we saw a giveaway for a 4 door, with nothing too crazy attached added that had a "win me" value of $47,500. I turned to her and said; so would you rather have on of these? or the land cruiser, a boat, a camper..." etc.

Yeah, I wouldn't go off what that said. The Polaris site says the RZR S 900 (closest to what you drove/rode, I think (don't know the details, I just went based off the S on the body)) starts at $16,499.

You should totally try the Sportsman Ace. It's like a baby single seater RZR (though technically a restyled Sportsman with a roof and doors).

Even a top of the line 570 SP starts under ten grand.

like hell that was a 47,500 with 'nothing crazy' attacked to it. the top of the line 4 door is listed at 25,999 CAN. which atim is like 20K USD.

even fully loaded with winchs, new tires, bumplers, doors, skidplates, the LOT, it was 42K. CAN, or 30K USD

My neighbor has one that looks very similar to the one you drove, 550cc I think, Im not entirely sure. It was so much fun to drive, the best part is you can drift the shit out of those on gravel roads. It was easy to handle and seemed to respond pretty damn good.
